LOVE--Let love be your guide for one week and explore its place in your life using journalling and art as tools to become more present with the energy of love.
GROW--Flex your creative muscles by taking a little time each day for one week to make art and create. Translate love using the medium(s) of your choice.
EXPRESS--Discover your best way of expressing love. Take the option to create Valentines made from the heart to send during the first days of the course. Or create a love letter or work of art for yourself as guidepost for greater living with your authentic loving essence.

FLEXIBILITY...There is a lot of flexibility here for you to work at your own pace--on the workbook/journalling, and on the more hands-on art portion of the course. Use the workbook solely as your creative space, or add it to your own personal journal to expand on the material in your free time.
Choice is YOURS. This course is ideal for those with an interest in writing/journalling and playing with mixed/multi media, and for those creatives who already have a stash of art/creative supplies to work with. If you don't have a stash to work with, consider a small budget to purchase a few supplies to play with. You can go far with just a small watercolor notebook and simple starter palette of watercolor paints or watercolor pencils, for instance.
Add MORE LOVE and CREATIVITY into your daily life. Each day of the course offers opportunities for you to think about love and how you can bring it more closely into your daily life. The course offers ways and ideas for you to become more creative daily, each day adding a prompt for you to try or expand on.

- extra journal or notebook/sketchbook
- pens/pencils
- art supplies: paints, papers, fiber, metal, clay, photos--the choice is yours--all mediums welcome!
